Trainee Program

For those who share dreams like these, JAPANOZ offers a Trainee Program.
While learning on-site in the management and training of active racehorses, you will develop practical skills in horse handling, daily stable operations, in real working environments.
No prior experience is necessary. If you have motivation and passion, you are more than welcome to apply.
Those with riding experience may have the opportunity—depending on their level—to ride active racehorses and learn fast work and track training.
Those without riding experience can improve their skills through riding lessons while building their horsemanship step by step.

What You Can Learn
Horse Management & Training
You will gain practical, hands-on skills ranging from the daily care of active racehorses to their training.
Riding Skills
Depending on your level, you can progress step by step—from riding lessons to fast work training.
Practical English
Through your work at the stable, you will develop practical English skills that can be used in the horse racing industry.
Application Requirements
We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Individuals who are passionate about working with horses
- Individuals who are motivated and eager to improve
- Individuals who are interested in living and working in Australia
- No experience required (beginners are welcome).
